Since last year, IEN Cs fountain (IEN-CsFI) has started to contribute to the atomic international time (TAI). During this period we have also provided the first direct measurements of the black-body radiation shift for Cs performed with a cold atoms standard. The results suggest a review of this bias evaluation in order to ensure a 10-15 accuracy level for fountains
