For the purpose of realizing compact plane-wave antenna measurements, a planar array antenna made of 45 rectangular waveguides is fabricated for small antenna pattern measurements. The center frequency designed for the antenna is 12 GHz. As a result of the horn antenna pattern measurement, fairly good agreement between the outdoor data and that in the fabricated situation is obtained. This newly constructed array antenna is expected to offer low-cost weather-independent antenna measurements.<>
