Collaborative virtual enterprise (CVE) is a new paradigm for industry and it imposes the significant challenges on effective operation. In this paper, we address the dynamic integration by leveraging the emerging Semantic Web services technologies. An integration architecture is proposed for constructing a semantic-rich service-oriented CVE. Dynamic integration is realized via service composition. We characterize the composeability of a service by defining a variety of matches, and which match is most appropriate for integration will depends on the particular requirement. The characterization facilitate the dynamic integration.
