We present a new algorithm for the location and tracking of multiple moving narrow-band sources. The algorithm is based on extension of the signal subspace method of Schmidt [1] and nonlinear optimization procedures. It estimates the source parameters directly without evaluating the Doppler shifted frequencies first.
