We propose the access control system from which the usability and security are considered. We design this system by using the feature of "method of the personal authentication of using belongings" (operativeness and economy). Moreover, we solve the problem of this method (everyone, the person who obtains belongings should be able to go in and out) by combining "method of the personal authentication of using biometrics" and "vital sensing technology". We also describe advantage of the proposal system, the reason to build "vital sensing technology" into the proposal system, and describe the readability of the proposal system
