Expression for compound distribution of a mix of noise and washed out flow of random pulsing interference (RPI) with any laws of distributions for case of overlapping of casual number of independent pulses of RPI in an interval of the permission is received. On the basis of probability of distribution of rank at a hypothesis of absence of a useful signal is proven for nonparametric features of sign, rank and binary rank Neumann-Pearson detectors in conditions of noise and washed out flow of RPI with any laws of distributions
