Problems of development of aperture waveguide ferrite phase shifters for elements of a microwave band phased antenna arrays with wide-angle beam scanning are considered. Known designs are analyzed, the description developed Faraday's phase shifters with speed in several and tens of microseconds is resulted. Models based on the high-level electrodynamics, which include both in homogenous waveguide eigen-waves evaluation and scattering problem solution for calculation and optimization of characteristics
