Work has focused on filling the need for electrical properties data at microwave frequencies on a wide range of circuit board substrates including materials other than the traditional array of composites based on poly(tetrafluoroethylene), (PTFE). An effort is continuing to study the variation of permittivity (K') and dissipation factor (tan δ) with changing temperature in a test format close to circuit board conditions. Similar effort is focused on observing how K' and tan δ vary with frequency
