The Control Region Approximation is used to discretize the circuital form of Maxwell's equations, thereby furnishing accurate electromagnetic scattering computations for complex three-dimensional targets. Absorbing boundary conditions are generalized from spherical to rectangular parallelepiped outer boundaries, thus providing an efficient computational procedure. An algorithm for the computation of broadband scattering characteristics in the frequency domain is presented
