An algorithm has been developed for directly estimating the parameters of a linear distributed systems by means of the Taylor operational matrix of integration. The major advantage of the present method, is that its computational efficiency is better and easier than that of the orthogonal polynomial. A numerical example giving satisfactory results is shown
