We present a scripting language for constructing multimedia presentations. The language uses a synchronization model synthesized from the time line, hierarchic and reference point models, and data abstractions used to represent the multimedia objects based upon a hierarchy of classes. Starting with a description and a comparison of synchronization models, we present a hierarchy of multimedia objects, a scripting language and a short example of its use
