Numerical micromagnetics is a flexible and powerful means of designing and characterizing magnetic devices. An overview of numerical methods of solution of micromagnetics problems is presented. The modelling of exchange, anisotropy and magnetostatic interaction fields in magnetic films and micromagnetic modeling of magnetic force microscopy are discussed
