In this paper, the authors propose a complete new method to solve the control problems of nonlinear dynamical systems by a self-organizing neural networks method. They also propose a new neural network adaptive control method, which is different to STR and MARC, but with their advantages, and can deal with more general control problems of nonlinear dynamical systems. Several computer simulation examples verify the correctness and practicality of this method
