Sea-ice clutter was measured using an X-band radar with pulse lengths of 0.08 and 0.3 μs. It is shown that the amplitude of sea ice obeys a Weibull distribution with different shape parameters for both pulse lengths. The values of the shape parameter increase with increasing pulse length
