The application of two- and three-layer dielectric resonators to the investigation of liquids in the microwave region

Measurement methods for electrical permittivity and loss tangent of dielectric liquids are presented. The methods utilize dielectric resonators with either a two- or three-layer structure. The techniques are analyzed from the point of view of measurement optimization. The results of measurements of liquid samples are presented.<
