Radiated emissions test-performance of the GHz TEM cell: a comparison with open area test site (OATS) compliance measurements

This article describes the direct comparison of results of four series of tests. Two differing comparisons are described; a full personal computer system tested per the requirements of ANSI 63.4. Draft 11.4, and two separate sets of dipole measurements. Good agreement of results has been found.<
