Proposes a design for associative memory using a neural network. The problem of associative memory is transformed to a constrained optimization problem. The information storage and retrieval algorithms and the network architecture for the proposed associative memory are described. Simulations were carried out to test the proposed storage/retrieval algorithms. The results of these simulations are presented
