Clinical neuroengineering is the integration of clinical neuroscience and engineering. It is an emerging field that involves engineering, modeling, signal processing, imaging, and the development of sensors/electronics and other devices to solve important emerging problems in clinical neurosciences. This paper presents examples of therapeutic technologies that are close to or in clinical practice. Neurotherapeutics corresponds to the treatment of neurological disorders or provides assistive or therapeutic support or solutions.
