Performance Measurements of Web Services-Based Applications

Testing of Web services is very different when compared with desktop software testing. Scalability and performance are the most important characteristics for evaluating a Web service application. In this paper, the methodology for testing the scalability and performance of a specific Web services application is presented, and the results of the testing are analyzed.
