A simulation system of operational effectiveness evaluation for electronic countermeasure (ECM) is introduced under attack-defense environment. The realization of the simulation is dissertated, and scenario model, visualization of scout model, visualization of state model and effectiveness evaluation model are investigated and fuzzy Petri net theory is used for effectiveness evaluation. The simulation system not only used for operational effectiveness evaluation for ECM under attack-defense environment, but also optimized performance of ECM equipment, and guided development for ECM
