This paper introduces a proposed method authentication based upon 3D Radon transform. It considers the three dimensional ear of human as a personal identification number. Next, it produces the required features using the 3D Radon transform. This transform is adapted from its 2D form to adequate this application. The neural network was used in the identification phase, the evaluation test of the proposed algorithm on a given data base perfect identification results was achieved
