The Internet and the World Wide Web have provided a wealth of new opportunities for companies eager to do business electronically. For that purpose, electronic business XML (or ebXML) provides an open standard to help make those opportunities possible. When companies begin sharing information to conduct electronic business, there are a number of parameters that need to be negotiated before these companies realize their full potential. Negotiation is a process in which two or more parties jointly reach an agreement on the terms of a transaction. Our purpose in this paper is to use the Agent Technology, which provides a powerful mechanism to address complex dynamic problems, to negotiate CPPs' parameters. We choose an existing model of negotiation (the heuristic one) and integrate it at the functional specification of ebXML
