DeaiExplorer uses RFID technology to dynamically derive interconnected social clusters from a publication database. It reveals these social networks on a display, letting colocated conference participants discover interpersonal connections. DeaiExplorer communicates with RFID tags attached to participants' conference badges and visualizes their mutual connections derived from the DBLP. The system scans RFID tags and uses participants' names to retrieve records in the DBLP database. Participants can either passively view the displayed networks or actively explore the networks through interactive zooming and scrolling
