Traditional Web-based information processing is from transport to output. The mode cannot deal with output of real-time information. In instructional plan, we give the procedure and analysis of developing streamed multimedia integrated courseware using the Synchronized Multimedia Integrating Language (SMIL). Through realizing examples of nesting real play into Web pages, the problem is solved
