In this paper, scalable heuristic approaches to inter-domain traffic engineering in IP networks with differentiated services have been proposed. They rely on dynamic adaptation of multiple link costs, defined for different routing priority levels. The functional model of inter-domain traffic engineering process and the QoS management system has been suggested. The evaluation of proposed approaches through simulation confirmed benefits in the sense of routing efficiency and scalability
