This paper proposes a model of fuzzy chaotic neuron (FCN), which is derived from chaotic neuron, as to combine fuzzy logic with chaotic neural network. We first give the expression of FCN and analyze its fuzzy character, scattering character and Lyapunov exponent separately. Some restrains of the parameter k are deduced to make sure the FCN has both fuzzy and chaotic character. After that the paper constructs a fuzzy chaotic neural network (FCNN) on the basis of FCN, and list weight-updating method. At last is an example, in which a fuzzy self-associate problem is solved using FCNN.
