A technique for synchronous frequency discrimination is described. It is based on the principle of injected-locking. Its feasibility and usefulness for broadcasting or TV IF is discussed. This technique provides good performance with regard to the principal characteristics in FM systems: low distortion, good AM rejection, and high signal-to-noise ratio
