In this paper we describe the implementation in SystemC of a scalable and parametrical network on chip (NoC). The NoC, with a mesh topology and wormhole routing, is formed of resources and routers connected by channels. Each router is connected to four neighbours' routers through input and output channels. The channels of the routers have a data bus and two control signals to let a communication based on handshake. A wrapper establishes the communication between the resource and its environment converting the messages into a format appropriated for the NoC. The information is packed to be able to circulate through the NoC and it is unpacked when it arrives to the destination
