This paper presents a basic configuration of the system that provides dynamically delivery senders of full-motion video while following target users around like a shadow in ubiquitous computing environments. The proposed system is composed of multiple computer displays attaching RFID tag reader, which has been automatically connected on the network via IP, and RFID tag on the user and some network servers. We adopted a passive tag RFID System. The delivery of full-motion video utilized an adaptive broadcasting. The system can continuously deliver a streaming data like full-motion video to the display, which the user moves one after another, through the database server and the streaming server on the network. Consequently, it is possible to support the user without having his/her conscious act of his/her own request to obtain user's necessary information in real time.
