This paper reports the evolution of the low-voltage CMOS digital VLSI circuits using bootstrap technique. Combining bootstrap and DTMOS techniques, low-voltage CMOS digital circuits using a power supply as low as 0.5V, is feasible for low-power VLSI system applications.
