Magnetoplasma waves existing along the con tact of two periodic semiconductor superlattices, placed into external magnetic field, have been researched. It is assumed that the vector of magnetic field is situated in the plane of structure layers, and the waves propagate in the perpendicular plane. It was shown, that three types of surface waves, differing by the phase properties exist. The dispersion dependencies for the surface waves are investigated
