Multicast re-keying protocol is the base of secure group communication. Based on one-way function key chain tree for different services, this paper propose a new multicast re-keying protocol. Firstly, the paper analyze the secure one-way function key chain. When the secure one-way function key chain is applied to key tree, we get OFKCT (one-way function key chain tree). Second, the paper connects the leaving probability of member with the service level the member is provided and create a Huffman one-way function key chain tree for different services (DS-HOFKCT) when a member joins and leaves communication group. Thirdly, the paper explains the re-keying in detail in DS-HOFKCT. A last, the paper discusses the performance and security of DS-HOFKCT. DS-HOFKCT is best excellent among all the multicast re-keying protocols based on one-way key chain tree.
