A feedback control approach of deadline assignment (FC-DA) is developed to adjust control tasks' deadlines online thus to reduce output jitter. The feedback controller employs proportional law, whose parameter is adjusted adaptively to satisfy the total task set schedulability dynamically. The control algorithm is formulized as a deadline assignment expression. Simulations results illustrate that output jitter is reduced and control performance is improved greatly by the FC-DA.
