One of the most perfect mechanisms of intelligence systems participant authentication and integrity of the electronics document is the electronic digital signature. The public key infrastructure technology, use in Russian Federation, is the most effective and is widely used. The requirements and things to consider in the creation and design of unified PKI structure is presented in this paper.
