Among the factors that block e-business' development, quality of e-business is a critical problem to be resolved. Scientific quality modeling of e-business is important to improvement of e-business. Compared with traditional business, the shift of business interaction manner is the essential character of e-business. Constructing interaction model of e-business transaction process and then making quality analysis is a good way to improve the quality of e-business. In this paper we develop a framework to deriving customer perceived quality model of e-business, which is based on the dynamic interaction process of e-business transaction.
