Network and operations management approach for the global information grid

This paper provides an overview of the challenges, approaches, and basic methods for providing network and operational management and control for a globally distributed internetwork including terrestrial fiber, satellite, and radio segments in support of warfighting efforts for the United States of America and its allies.
