In order to deal with nonminimum phase problem in acceleration control of agile STT missiles, a new VSC control method was introduced, from which flat output was constructed. Real-time trajectory generation algorithm based on flatness was constructed to deal with unavoidable constraints in missile control system. Simulation was made for verification. Simulation results showed the effectiveness and correctness of the flatness based trajectory generation algorithm.
