In this paper, we propose a dynamic bandwidth allocation scheme with Qos guarantee based on network measurement technology, to estimate available bandwidth on real-time by adopting QoS requirement-oriented classification mechanism. The scheme gets good performance and utilizes network resource adequately while balancing requirements of different services.
