An adaptive modulation scheme is applied in multicarrier modulation system to improve the system spectral efficiency along with unequal error protection (UEP) to meet the different quality of service (QoS) in transmitting data. Power control zone (PCZ) is employed to make the improvement of system performance in terms of average BER or BPS. Simulation results and analysis demonstrates the good performance of our proposed scheme.
