RF/analog/mixed-signal IC for wireless communications: challenges and opportunities

Wireless communications have been impacting our daily life in many ways. RF/analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits (IC) are key enabling components for wireless communications and their advancements continue to push the growth of the related semiconductor market. This talk reviews the critical circuit and technology requirements for RF/analog/mixed-signal ICs and highlights the challenges and opportunities ahead.
