An intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca2+]i) is closely related to plasticity of biological cells. In this paper, in order to find a relation between a distribution of [Ca2+]i and an activity of network models, the distribution of [Ca2+]i is investigated. We propose a presumption for making the modification rule of interconnection plasticity among cells.
