In this paper, we present our meta-model of cooperative remote systems. This one is based on the use of multi-agent systems and colored Petri nets. We apply it in our research field concerning cooperative remote maintenance. Multi-agent nomenclature, communication concrete nomenclature and colored Petri nets representing mutual exclusion on communications and shared data are described in this paper. XML knowledge files and PLOOM-UNITY behavior description are presented in another paper. Our goal is to represent and specify the existing or planning remote maintenance systems. This paper ends with an example of a simple system.
