Resource dissemination and discovery is an important content in resource managements of computational grid. A prototype of dynamically disseminating and discovering resource information is designed and implemented in this paper. It provides a competitive mechanism that can dynamically discover and periodically disseminate resource information. As a result, it eliminates the inflexibility of resource discovery. The experiment shows that it greatly improves performance of service and utilization of resources in computational grid.
