The radio resource scheduling algorithms and power distribution strategies for multi-user MIMO mobile communications system are investigated. The performances of different power distribution strategies combined with diverse scheduling algorithms are compared for the consideration of system capacity and QoS guarantee. Numerical results show that the combination of dynamic scheduling and water-filling solution can enhance system capacity and reduce packet-discarding ratio.
