The influence of internal mechanical tensions on the properties of surface acoustic waves ultrasonic delay lines

The investigation of the influence of internal mechanical tensions (IMT) on the signal delay period, the form of impulse response (IR) and amplitude-frequency characteristic (AFC) have shown that IMT change acoustic wave velocity and this change in signal-delay period, is also formed by IR and AFC. In addition, deformational effects is to be taken into consideration.
