The ways of account of duration of a time between failures of information network systems with unlimited restoring are considered with the purpose of a rating of quality of their operation. The designed relations for metrics of reliability of the restored system with constant inclusion of a spare are output. The failure probability of a subsystem is defined by coefficient of an accident rate calculated product of coefficients of refusal of each units at any moment of time.
