An injection-locking technique for multi-carrier generation in a 50 GHz millimetre-wave optical wavelength division multiplexed radio-over-fibre communication system is investigated. The method has a wide tunable range, 30 nm; it is tolerant of fibre dispersion; and phase noise is low, -95 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz.
