In the paper a technique of space localization of problem areas of subscriber servicing in GSM cellular networks is described. This technique is based on the analysis of mobile terminal (MT) measurement reports in traffic channel (TCH) occupation mode. The proposed technique allows finding the areas with unsatisfactory values of quality of service (QoS). It leads to time saving on service area drive-tests, and it enables to define the correct cause of QoS degradation.
