The paper considers some ideas for Montenegro maritime central electronic library catalogue (CELC) as a special maritime virtual library-conception, realization and implementation. Particular attention has been paid to improving educational processes at Kotor maritime faculty and to developing efficient cultural and knowledge exchange within Montenegro region and wider. The CELC model, created in Microsoft access platform (version 2000) has also been proposed.
