The existence of huge amounts of data on the Web has raised an increasing challenge to locate right information at right time, as well as to integrating information effectively to provide a comprehensive source of useful information. Digital archives constitute an important specific domain in which Web Integration needs to be researched. We have implemented the parliamentary Web digital archive of the 'Asamblea' of Madrid (e-government) that is successfully running since 1999. Starting from this previous result, this paper proposes a virtual and dynamic Web integrated architecture, based on mediator and wrappers, containing an ontological kernel for providing a universal semantic unification of virtual integrated digital archive concepts.
